Youth Affairs Under 10s / 8s / 6s: Training continues on Saturdays at 9:30am. Under 16s: Our amalgamated team are now on exam break from games until 26th June, however, training continues Thursday evenings at 7pm, on a voluntary basis.

Senior Football After the high of the Senior championship campaign of two years ago, Currin experienced the low on Saturday last in Clontibret against Magheracloone. Having put up a sterling performance against Magheracloone in the league we went into this game with high hopes despite our depleted resources. However it soon became obvious that we were up against it. Magheracloone’s experience and overall team work was too much for us and we ended up on the wrong side of a lobsided scoreline after a dissappointing performance. Final score, 2-19 to 1-7. Reserve Championship We take on Truagh on Friday night 23rd at 7.30 p.m. in Truagh in the reserve championship quarter final. The next Reserve league game is in Blackhill on Wednesday 27th May at 8.00 p.m. Youth Affairs Under 16s: Best of luck to Patrick Emmett’s (Currin / Aghabog) in their top of the table clash this (Thursday) evening against Clones in Clones. It’s first against second with a throw in time of 7:30. All support appreciated. This will be the last game before the break for the exams. Under 8’s: Go Games blitz this Saturday morning in Scotshouse from 10am to 12 noon. There will be a number of neighbouring clubs participating. This is a really enjoyable morning so why not come along and cheer on the boys and girls. Under 12s: Spring League finals in Cloghan on Saturday 24th May. Times will be available next week and again all support is appreciated.
