Seniors

We play Inniskeen on Saturday next in Scotshouse in what will turn out to be our last regular league game of the season before the playoffs. This is because Aughnamullen have conceeded the final game of the series. As we have already made the ‘top four’, the result of this game on Saturday will determine whether we have a home or an away fixture against the same opposition in the semi final. Throw in on Saturday is at 4.00 p.m.

Brian Brides, R.I.P.

It was with genuine sadness that we learned of the untimely death of Brian Brides, Scotshouse last week. The Brides family have a long association with Currin G.F.C. We extend our sympathy to his sons, Patrick and Martin who are former players with the club and also to Bernard and also to his wife, Kathleen and daughter, Anna. Go ndéana Dia trócaire ar a anam uasal.
