Lotto: Last weeks lotto Jackpot of €3,700 was not won! The numbers drawn were 3,4,8,11 and we had 5 match 3 winners this week; Helen Farrelly, Shirley Moore, Paul Oliphant, Joe McMahon and Pamela King. Universal Graphics Junior Championship: A tough battle in dreadful conditions against Currin last weekend has brought our Senior men to the Championship semi- final stage. The game went to extra time with a final result of Tyholland 0-14 Currin 1-09. The semi-final is on weekend of Saturday 7th and we will take on Éire Óg. Full details tbc.

 

Minors: Our Minor men travel to Blackhill where they face Oram in Round 3 of their Championship games.

 

U15s: Well done to our U15 boys who defeated Monaghan Harps in the last of their Championship group games. The are through to the final which will be played next weekend!!

 

Go Games: This week our U9s will enjoy their last next round of Go Games and travel to Killeevan! Have fun all.

 

Ladies

 

Senior Ladies: Our Senior Ladies team are through to the Championship final after a great defeat against Killeevan last weekend. Details on the final tbc!

 

U16: Our u16 ladies returned home from Killanny last week with a win that has brought them through to the Finals!!! Details tbc….

Parish League: Massive thank you to the parents and coaches involved in organising

our Parish League. The final is on Friday 29th at 8 o’clock and all are welcome for the presentations in the club hall afterwards!

 

Club Guardian Programme: Thank you to the families who have signed up so far for our Guardian programme. We will have a permanent display of all who have signed up when our new Gym is completed! We hope that where possible everybody will get behind the club on this next phase of development to continue the growth and success our club has seen in recent years. If you have any questions in the meantime or would like to become part of the programme, please contact our treasurer Maria on 00447739010135 or any committee member.

 

Tyholland Senior Gym: Our Gym is strictly for Senior registered players only. There have been a few incidents of non- members and U18s using the Gym and this is NOT permitted.

 

Field Development: You will all have seen the first of our generous sponsors signs along the newly developed pitch. Get in touch with any committee member to sign up!

 

Tyholland ICA: The ICA ladies are back with their monthly meetings the first Thursday of each month in the centre. If you are interested in joining up or curious as to what is involved please call Caroline on 087 7949238.

 

Tyholland Bowling Club: Tyholland Bowling Club are starting back up from next Tuesday. New members are very welcome to come along and try it out. It is in the complex hall from 8pm every Tuesday. You can contact Patricia on 047 85098 for more information.

 

Forty Fives: The 45 card players are back in the club the first Thursday of each month. If you are interested in joining in just come along to the Club Bar on Thursday evenings!

 

Community Centre: The community centre and bar are available for hire for parties,

christening’s, sporting and charity events. Contact the Facebook page to book your event or call 086 8222426 to check availability. The kitchen in the centre is currently being upgraded which will enhance the facilities further.

 

Condolences: We offer our sincere sympathy to Paul Oliphant and family following the death of his mother Kitty. We also extend our condolences to the family of Jake Brennan in Clontibret. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a nanamacha.
