Universal Graphics Junior Championship: Our club is absolutely buzzing with excitement in the build up to our Senior mens Junior Championship final on Saturday! We have had some year to date with our winning teams and more finals in the pipeline but the focus is on our men this weekend when all roads lead to Scotstown for a 3.30 throw in! We will be taking on Blackhill in both the Championship and League finals and we wish Aidan, Paddy, Gregory and Richard and Dermie and the team the very best of luck! The team have already brought us back to Intermediate level for next year, as a club we couldn’t are delighted with this news…. Now lets get some silverware to go with that!! We are calling on all the support of our club now to get your flags and bunting up and paint the parish in Red and White!! Good luck from everyone in Tyholland!

 

Minors: Our Minor men defeated Oram last Tuesday and Doohamlet at the weekend bringing yet another one of our mighty teams to Championship semi-finals! Congratulations to Adrian, Paddy and Dwyane and the team! We await news of the fixture so keep an eye on socials for updates! took on Oram in the Championship on Tuesday night (10th) in Cloghan results and details on socials!

 

U11s: Well done to our U11 team who had a super morning in the BC Tournament in Emyvale last Saturday!

 

U9’s: Wow what an honour… our U9 stars are entertaining us with at the half time mark of our County Junior Football Championship on Saturday – Cant wait to see you all on the field!!

 

Ladies

 

Senior: Our Senior ladies continue in their League campaign with an away fixture Sunday morning against Inniskeen at 11am. Good luck!

 

Minor: Our Minor ladies defeated O’Neill Shamrocks at the weekend which has brought them to the Division One Championship Semis. Good luck to the team and management for their away fixture in Carrickmacross on Friday at 7pm.

 

U16: Our u16 ladies continue training for their Championship final! Details tbc….

 

Congratiulations: We are so delighted for our Senior and County man Karl O’Connell who deservedly received his third All Star award last weekend. What a massive honour for Karl and as a club we are so proud!

 

Wedding Bells: Massive Congratulations to former Senior player Orla McKenna who tied the knot with Vincent Campbell at the weekend!

 

Club Guardian Programme: Thank you to the families who have signed up so far for our Guardian programme. We will have a permanent display of all who have signed up when our new Gym is completed! We hope that where possible everybody will get behind the club on this next phase of development to continue the growth and success our club has seen in recent years. Big Breakfast morning: We were absolutely thrilled with the massive turnout to our Pre Championship Breakfast morning on Sunday! A massive thank you to everyone who showed up to make it such a memorable morning. We would especially like to thank Head Chef Tracy McNally and everyone who joined in to set up, serve, wash dishes and help with the clean up! Tyholland ICA: The ICA ladies are back with their monthly meetings the first Thursday of each month in the centre. If you are interested in joining up or curious as to what is involved please call Caroline on 087 7949238.

 

Tyholland Bowling Club: Tyholland Bowling Club are starting back up from next Tuesday. New members are very welcome to come along and try it out. It is in the complex hall from 8pm every Tuesday. You can contact Patricia on 047 85098 for more information.

 

Forty Fives: The 45 card players are back in the club the first Thursday of each month. If you are interested in joining in just come along to the Club Bar on Thursday evenings!

 

Community Centre: The community centre and bar are available for hire for parties,
