September 2nd, 2023

Condolences

The Club would like to express its deepest sympathy to Briege Brannigan, Marian Larmer and their families on the passing of their mother Mary. May her gentle soul rest in peace

Junior Football Championship

Hard Luck to our senior team who suffered defeat in their second game of the JFC round robin stage at the hands of a Scotstown team who showed more composer in front of goal. Full Time Score Rockcorry 2-2 Scotstown 0-12. Thank you to Tony Mc Gorman for sponsoring the game.

Under 15 Div 3 Championship

Well done to our U15s who put in two great performances over the past week to qualify for the Semi Finals of the Div 3 Championship. They defeated Emerald Sarfields on a score line of 9-13 to 1-9 last Thursday evening and on Monday evening they defeated a physical St Kevin’s side by 2-14 to 2-7.

Under 13 Div 4 Championship

Hard Luck to our u13 team who bowed out of the championship at the hands of a strong Eire Og team further down the road in their development last Tuesday evening. However, the lads battled hard and stuck with Eire Og until halfway through the second half before they eventually pulled away. The lads will finish up their season when they compete in the Terrance Reilly Shield in the coming weeks
