Truagh Ladies Club

 

U8/u10: our next Go Games blitz will be held in St Mellans this Saturday at 12pm. Please come along and support our youngest players.

 

U12 Div 1 Semi-final: Our Under 12 Division 1 team have home advantage in their League Semi-final against Emyvale on Saturday 19th at 7pm. All support appreciated for this group of girls.

 

U14 Division 3 Final: Our U14 Division 3 team put in a gutsy performance on Monday evening but were unfortunately beaten in the League final against Donaghmoyne in Clontibret. The girls showed great skills, teamwork and determination leading throughout the first half. However Donaghmoyne came out stronger in the second half and were victorious on the day. Hard luck to this young team and their mentors.

 

Senior Championship: Our Senior ladies begin their Intermediate campaign when they travel to Doohamlet on Saturday 19th to meet St Brigids at 7pm. All support appreciated.

 

Condolences: Truagh Ladies GFC were deeply saddened by the news of the death of Jim Pat Mc Kenna on Thursday 10th August. We send our sincere condolences to our committee member Michelle and all the family at this sad time. Ar dheis de go raibh a anam dilis.
