Seniors

We welcomed Blackhill on Sunday last for the first round of the Junior Championship in front of a large crowd. Despite a brave performance especially in the second half we fell short with final scoreline of Currin 0-10 Blackhill 2-10.

We went in at half time trailing 0-3 to 2-4, but a much improved second half saw us produce some fine individual efforts and excellent scores from play, but unfortunately the two goals conceded in first half proved costly.

Our U17 who are amalgamated with Clones are into a final this coming weekend after defeating Clontibret in Clones on Monday evening last with final scoreline of 1-13 to 1-10.
