Official Opening: Also on Sunday the 6th of August the club will be hosting the official opening of our Astro Pitch, Floodlights and Car Park. Minister Heather Humphreys will be in attendance for the opening. There will be music from Brendan McCourt in the evening, come along for what will be a brilliant day out for all the family and celebrate the landmark developments made in our club over the last number of years.

 

The Social Centre caters for all functions ie parties, christenings, funerals and small weddings! The Aughnamullen Social Centre is now taking bookings for all functions. For any more information on bookings please contact Tina on 0873332213.

Seniors: Our Senior team play Truagh once again in the Relegation Playoff Semi Final at home on Tuesday the 25th of July at 7.30pm. Come out and show your support to the lads in this huge game. Best of luck to the team and management.

 

Senior Championship Draw: Our Senior team have been drawn into a group with Ballybay, Corduff, Latton and Truagh in the Senior Championship. Our first game will be at home to Latton on the weekend of the 13th of August.

 

Reserves: Our Reserve game against Castleblayney fixed for Tuesday evening was cancelled as Castleblayney conceded.

Juveniles:

 

Under 17s: Our Division 2 team played out an entertaining 4-12 to 3-15 draw with Inniskeen on Sunday afternoon. They next play at home to Donaghmoyne on Monday the 24th of July at 7.30pm. All support welcome.

 

Under 15s: Our Division 1 team had a brilliant 2-07 to 0-05 win away to Donaghmoyne in Round 3 of the League Cup, which has qualified them for the League Final which takes place tomorrow evening, Thursday at 6.30pm in Castleblayney against Magheracloone. Come along and support the boys as they push for silverware. Our Division 5A team will play the winners of Truagh and Magheracloone in the League Final on Friday the 28th of July. Our Division 5B team will play the winners of Corduff and Latton in the Shield Final. Best of luck to all teams and management. All support welcome.

Our 2023 Annual Summer Camp will take place from Tuesday the 8th of August to Friday the 11th. Another fun filled week is promised. More details to follow.

 

Ladies: Our senior team play Inniskeen in their first game of the junior league on Sunday 30th of June at 11am in Aughnamullen.

 

Minors play Tyholland in Aughnamullen August 10th at 7:30pm.

 

U16As played Killanny on Thursday last and came away with a strong win. Their next game is away to Scotstown on Monday at 7:30pm.

U16Bs were beaten by Scotstown last Friday. They now play Inniskeen on Tuesday in Inniskeen at 7:30pm.

 

U14s lost narrowly to Donaghmoyne last week and had a good win this week against Sean’s.

 

U12s have their first game in the league against Monaghan harps on Wednesday at 7 at home. They are then away to Inniskeen on Saturday at 11.
