Due to Monaghan’s involvement in the All Ireland quarter final on Saturday  the senior league game with Donaghmoyne is now on Friday at 8pm in Donaghmoye with the final league game on Saturday 8th July with Latton at O’Neill Park.

Reserve B Football

Clontibret 0-16 Corduff 1-11

A good two-point win in an exciting contest in Corduff on Tuesday night to maintain a table top position and a place in the final with two games yet to be played against Blayney and Inniskeen.

Reserve C Football

Clontibret 1-7 Latton 0-13

No luck in the McKeown Cup semi final on Friday last against a Latton team that got their scores easier. It’s back to the league now with the next game against Scotstown on Tuesday 4th July at O’Neill Park.

County Teams

A great day for Monaghan football  in Tullamore on Saturday last with more big days to follow. Following their semi-final win over Kerry the minors now face Derry in the All-Ireland final in Armagh on Sunday 9th July at 1pm. With the seniors also having a great win in Tullamore its back to Croke Park on Saturday at 6pm for a tilt with neighbours Armagh. Best wishes to all our representatives both players and management who again deserve a big support. This is an all-ticket game with tickets available online and from usual outlets.
