Cúl Camp 2023:

Cúl Camp is being held in Blackhill this week beginning Monday 26th June – Friday June 30th. Reports from the children are really positive. Thank you to Paddy McNally and all the staff from Monaghan GAA and to Blackhill volunteers Tom Griffin and Jimmy Loughran who are providing supervision from the club at arrival and departure time.

Well done to Matthew Callan and the reserve team who will contest a first reserve final for our club in ten years against Latton after a very good win in a terrific contest played in at times near monsoon conditions last Friday night. Well done to Emerald Sarsfields who had a great win after a brilliant game with Latton last Thursday evening on a scoreline of 8-10 3-17

Monaghan GAA:

Well done to the Monaghan minor team and management who have reached the All-Ireland Final after a great win over Kerry last weekend. The final will be played on Sunday July 9th in the Athletic Grounds in Armagh at 1pm and we wish you well. Congratulations also to the senior team and management who won through to the All-Ireland Quarter finals last weekend in dramatic fashion. We now play Armagh in Croke Park this Saturday at 6pm.  Tickets are available from McMahon’s SuperValu, Castleblayney.
