Seniors: Our senior team played away to Latton on Friday evening last, where they were beaten on a scoreline of 2-14 to 1-10. For the majority of the first half, this was an even game with botb sides trading scores and at 25 minutes in sat at five points apiece, with our scores coming from Tiernan Duffy, Pete Dooney and three from an in form Colin Clerkin. However, a Latton goal from a breakaway pushed the hosts into a lead which was not to be pulled back for the remainder of the game. Latton finished the first half in a clinical fashion, with the scores sitting at 1-09 to 0-05 at the break. Aughnamullen got off to an immediate start after the break, with a point from Bobby McCaul coming straight from the throw-up. A well taken goal from Ben McCabe kept us in the game, however the closest Aughnamullen came was within 5 points. Latton saw the game out to run out 7 point winners. Our next game is at home to Magheracloone this Friday evening at 8pm in the league. Best of luck to the team and management, all support welcome.

Reserves: Our Reserves were beaten at home to Clontibret on Tuesday evening on a scoreline of 2-15 to 0-12. They next play away to Killanny on Tuesday the 27th of June at 8pm. Come out and support the lads, best of luck to the team and management.
