Lotto: The lotto was held on Sunday night last. There was no winner. The numbers drawn were 3,6,10 & 30. This week’s jackpot rises to €7,200. You can purchase tickets either by buying envelopes from one of our young sellers or by logging on to our smart Lotto page through the link

The Social Centre caters for all functions ie parties, christenings, funerals and small weddings! The Aughnamullen Social Centre is now taking bookings for all functions. For any more information on bookings please contact Tina on 0873332213.


Breakfast Morning: The club is hosting a breakfast morning this Sunday the 4th of June ahead of the Monaghan v Clare match in Clones! Proceeds of the breakfast are in aid of our Under 15 Féile team and all juvenile teams in the club. Come along and get fed before the big game!


Seniors: Our senior team played at home to Donaghmoyne on Friday evening last, where they were beaten on a scoreline of 2-22 to 0-07. Unfortunately, the highlight of this game from an Aughnamullen perspective was undoubtedly the full time whistle. The lads will hope to bounce back in the next round of the league which is away to Latton on Friday the 9th of June at 8pm. Best of luck to the team and management, all support welcome.


Reserves: Our Reserves play at home to Inniskeen this Friday the 2nd of June at 8pm. Come out and support the lads, best of luck to the team and management.

SAVE THE DATE: The OsKaRs fundraiser is coming to Aughnamullen GFC on Saturday the 7th of October 2023 in the Glencarn Hotel, Castleblayney! Keep the date free for what will be guaranteed to be a night not to be missed.



Under 18s: Our Division 2 team qualified for the Division 2 league final following a brilliant 3-13 to 2-10 win away to Aghabog in the Semi Final on Monday evening. They will face Donaghmoyne in the final, with the date and venue to be confirmed. Our Division 3 team played away to Tyholland in the Shield Semi Final on Tuesday evening, where they were beaten on a scoreline of 6-11 to 3-10. Hard luck to the team and management.


Under 15s: Our Division 5B had a brilliant 3-11 to 1-10 win away to Latton on Wednesday evening last. They next play at home to Killanny on Sunday the 25th of June at 11am. Our Division 2 next play in Round 1 of the championship away to Magheracloone on Thursday the 22nd of June at 7.30pm. Our Division 5A team play away to Scotstown on Friday the 23rd of June at 7.30pm. Under 13s: Our Division 2 team take on Tyholland at home this Saturday the 3rd of June at 11.30am. Our Division 6 team played at home to Carrickmacross on Sunday morning, where they had a great 9-08 to 6-05 win. They next play away to Clontibret this Friday at 7.30pm. Our Division 2 team then play away to Clontibret on Tuesday evening the 6th of June at 7.30pm. Best of luck to both teams and managements. All support welcome.


Charity Poker Tournament: As part of Sadie Ward’s OsKaRs fundraiser, a Texas Hold’em tournament will take place in the Social Centre this Saturday the 3rd of June. Registration is at 7pm, refreshments will be served on the night. Contact James on 0866025354 for more information. Come along for a great night’s entertainment.


Sympathy: Sympathy is extended Kieran, Mary, Monica and Rita Flanagan and extended family on the passing of Margaret (Maggie) Flanagan, Loughmourne. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Ladies: U16As played O’Neills on Monday night where they played extremely well and came away with a comprehensive win.

U16Bs beat Emyvale on Tuesday on a scoreline of 3:08-2:05

U12s were narrowly beaten by Blayney. Their next game is at home against Latton on the 3rd of June.
