The INTO Primary Schools Mini Seven Finals took place at the Entekra Monaghan GAA Centre of Excellence in Cloghan last Monday 17th of April. There were 7 teams represented in the hurling with 3 in the camogie.

Hurling got underway first  with a group of 4 and 3. In group A there was Scoil Éanna – Ballybay, Scoil Mhuire Latton, Scoil Mhuire -Clontibret and St. Daigs Inniskeen. In this group Scoil Mhuire – Latton emerged victorious. In Group B there was Castleblayney Boys, Scoil Rois, Carrickmacross and Blackstaff. St. Colmcille’s, Blackstaff finished on top in this group. As a result Blackstaff and Latton played each other in the final with the west Monaghan side, Latton getting the upper hand.

In the camogie  St. Daigs Inniskeen, Blackstaff, Scoil Rois and Clontibret  had teams entered  with Clontibret winning the final against Blackstaff.
