Patrician High School

Hard luck to the High School lads who were narrowly beaten 0-11 to 0-10 by CBS Omagh in the semi-final of the MacRory Cup last weekend. A great achievement nonetheless from a small school being able to mix it with the bigger Ulster schools..!!

 

Training timetable slots

Attention all coaches/mentors of boys & girl’s teams – please contact Secretary Ronan Duffy if you wish to book a slot on the pitch for training this year. There is a limited number of slots available and your group must be booked in advance through our Secretary. The pitches get very busy in late Spring/Summer so unless your group is booked in you may not be able to train.

 

Underage Coaches Needed!!

We Still Need You!! Calling all parents of underage players – we need some new coaches to facilitate all our younger teams for the year ahead, from U-7’s upwards. This is a great opportunity to get on the coaching ladder and training courses will be available form official Monaghan GAA platforms.

 

Club Memberships

That time of the year again when Club Membership falls due. There is no increase this year and fees will remain the same as last year.

Senior Players €100; Adult non-player members €40; First child €40; Second child €30; €100 total for 3+ children

Hard luck to Vinny & the boys in the Allianz Div 1 League last weekend, beaten narrowly by Armagh – lets hope for some better luck next weekend with the trip to Killarney to face the All-Ireland Champions Kerry !

Well done to Monaghan Ladies & Laura Walsh on victory over Laois in the opening match of the Div 2 league last Sunday.
