The McAree Engineering Monaghan GAA Golf Classic takes place in Rossmore Golf Club on the 6^th and 7^th May.

It has firmly established itself not only  as a highlight of the GAA Social Calendar but also as one of the leading Golf Classics in the region.

There will some surprise GAA legends from around the country making an appearance at the Classic as well as an special Championship Preview that evening in the clubhouse.

Speaking at the launch Vincent McAree, Operations Director McAree Engineering added “After Sundays great result against Dublin to retain our Division 1 status, like everyone I’m eagerly looking forward to the Championship to see if we can bring the Angelo Celt Cup home to Monaghan.  We are delighted to once again support the Monaghan GAA Golf Classic and I am sure it will be another great event”

Brendan Casey, Leas-Chathaoirleach, Monaghan County Board added “the Golf Classic  Committee and McAree Engineering have worked together to build a great event both from a social and golfing challenge perspective over the last 8 years.  It’s another enjoyable way to support the activities of Monaghan GAA to support our teams in a very tangible way across the various age groups and across both the football and hurling codes.  We are looking forward to another super event in Rossmore Golf Club on the 6^th and 7^th May.
