As our juvenile games programme for 2021 is drawing to a close, the winter months provide the perfect opportunity for clubs to reflect on the past year and to put a plan in place for the year ahead. The off-season also provides coaches with the opportunity to learn and to improve themselves as coaches.

In preparation for the upcoming winter months, Monaghan Coaching & Games staff can offer your club / team assistance in the following initiatives.

We do appreciate that some age groups are still in competition and that clubs may have plans in place already.

1. Review 2021 & plan for 2022.
2. Devise & implement winter programmes.
3. Coach the coaches program for U7 to U11 coaches. We can cater for others age groups if clubs are interested.
4. Initiatives to link in with local Primary Schools.

Additionally , if a club has another initiative that is not mentioned above but they would like assistance with. We can consider it also.
