Club Mini Sessions Initiative well participated throughout the County
Monaghan Coaching & Games staff arranged a mini sessions initiative over the month of May for our clubs/players. The coaching staff put together a 4-week program for all children aged 9 – 13. The aim of the program was to set a structure in place for the kids to work on their skill development at home. This was also a great way to keep a structured routine for the children and also a great way for Monaghan Coaching staff to stay in touch with the clubs and reward skill development. The type of challenges that the players where asked to take part in were as follows;  Fundamental Movement Skills , Football & Hurling skills, Time trials, Target challenges and using both sides of the body (left + right)
Monaghan Coaching staff would like to thank all the clubs, parents, players who assisted and took part in the initiative.
