IFC Round 2B reports

September 20th, 2019

McElvaney Waste & Recycling Intermediate Football Championship Round 2B

Aughnamullen 3-18 Seán McDermotts 2-9

Aughnamullen stayed in the IFC with a free-scoring win over Seán McDermotts in Castleblayney. The game was all but decided by a powerful finish to the first half by Aughnamullen, who hit an unanswered 1-8 in just over ten minutes to take charge. Mícheál Bannigan led the scoring for Aughnamullen, with the likes of Tiernan Duffy, Mark McArdle and Joel Wilson also showing well.
