Intermediate League: Blackhill collected another two important points when they overcame a half time deficit to defeat Doohamlet last Wednesday evening in Emerald Park. Trailing 9-4 at the beak, Blackhill hit 2-05 in the first 15 minutes of the 2^nd half to put them in the driving seat. Niall Donnelly, fresh back from a warm weather training camp in Dubai which speeded up the recovery of his hamstring problem, struck for 2-2. Final score Blackhill 2-13 Doohamlet 0-14. Next fixture is away to Corduff to be played on the weekend of the 8^th / 9^th July.

Juveniles: Our under 8 team are taking part in a blitz this Saturday in Cloghan from 12 until 2. A time for Under 6 and Nursery Practice is yet to be confirmed for this week. Anyone interested in joining should contact any of the coaches. Contact number 0870666914.

Walking Track: Our new walking track is complete and ready for use. It finishes off the pitch perfectly and is something we can all be proud of as we get our exercise over the summer. The walking track is open for all club members to use (membership is still available). A special word of appreciation must go to Tom Griffin and John Costello who worked tirelessly on the project in recent weeks.
