There was no Lotto winner this week. The numbers drawn were 04, 24, 25 and 28. RESULTS
Seniors
Our seniors suffered yet another defeat on Friday evening last at the hands of Castleblayney. Many oppertunities were wasted to win the game and Blayney edged us by two points on a score line of Magheracloone 1:11 V Castleblayney 1:13. Hopefully things will start to change for this group of lads and their management and they start putting a few points on the board.

Magheracloone GFC are hosting Na Gaeil club from Tralee foe Feile on the 23rd and 24th of June. We are looking for a club member to take in two Na Gaeil coaches on both nights. No Garda vetting required. Please contact Gene Mc Mahon or Declan Farrelly if you can help.

BBQ
Magheracloone Mitchells fundraising steak BBQ on July 08th are now on sale. Music by the Fuzzy Burgers, followed by a DJ. This promises to be a great night entertainment. Please contact any member of the Executive Committee for tickets. Also keep Sunday 9th free from 3pm to 5pm for our children’s disco and BBQ.
LADIES NOTES
A huge congratulation to our U12 Lions who had an outstanding win against Donaghmoyne A last week.
Congratulations also to our U12 Tigers who had a good win over Donaghmoyne B last Friday evening.
Our U14’s had a busy week, they travelled to Sean Mc Dermotts and under wet and windy conditions managed to secure a convincing win. Final score Magheracloone 3:07 V Sean Mc Dermott’s 1:04. They were out again on Tuesday night at home to Aughnamullen and had another marvellous win which brings it to four in a row. Final score Magheracloone 5:10 V Aughnamullen 1:04.
The U16’s have a game next Monday evening at home against Inniskeen at 7pm.
Well done to our seniors who travelled to Stabannon on Saturday to compete in the Nicola Barry Memorial Tournament and won three out of their four games.
Congratulations to Paudie and Emma Finnegan on the birth of their baby boy Thomas James. Another little Mitchell.
Good luck to our own Lauren Jones and the Monaghan Ladies who travel to Galbally on Saturday to play Cavan in the second leg of the Ulster semi-final.
Preparations are in full swing for Feile with the finishing touches being made over the coming days. More details to follow.
