Latton GAA Club Club Notes – Week Beginning 13th June 2017

The Numbers Lotto Draw held on 13th June 2017 were 5-8-15-14 Bonus 13. There was no Jackpot winner and the €20 winners were Mickey Kiely,Cooltrim,Latton Bowls Club,Kevin Sullivan,Anyverig,Martin & Mary ,Mahon,Peggy Lennon,Rocky Street Bar.

U12’s A brilliant display by the U12’s last Friday Night seen them have another great win against Tyholland away on Scoreline of Latton 2-13 – Tyholland 1-06.This group of Boys & Girls are happing some great wins and performances this season. Next Game is 20th June @ 7.30 at home v Sean Mc Dermott’s. U14’S League game at home v Scotstown @ 12.00pm on Saturday 17/06/2017.

U16’s

Latton were unlucky to go down to a strong Scotstown side on 8th June last.

Senior League

Our seniors continued their Winning ways against Clontibret last Saturday evening on scoreline of Latton 1-11 – Clontibret 0-08.

Feile Competitions 23rd -25th June 2017

Preparations are in Full swing for our Hosting of U14 Feile Football Competition.

Latton U14 Boys are hosting Clontarf Dublin and we will both play in division 2 of the feile competition.

The first games are scheduled for Friday 23/06/2017 in Cremartin at 4.00. Following the games we will welcome our visitors in Latton GAA Centre with Refreshments.

Saturday 24/06/2017 sees games in Latton at 11.00 and 12.00 and in the afternoon we have games in Cremartin or Cloghan at 3.30 depending on how we got on in previous games. That evening we will have an evening of entertainment for the Kids and their Families in GAA Centre where we will also show the Monaghan v Down Game.

On Sunday 25/06/2017 there are games in Clones at 11.00 and that winds up the weekend.

CENTENARY TIES-A limited number of specially Centenary Crest Engraved Ties have been commissioned by the Club and are available in the O’Rahilly G.A.A. Centre.Numbers are limited as these are Souvenir items.

Monaghan V Cavan

Well done to our County Team Last Sunday on their win over Cavan . We wish them the best in Ulster Semi Final v Down . Special congratulations to our Club Representatives who played a large part in the game Owen Duffy,Kieran Duffy & Owen Lennon with Owen Coyle also part of the Monaghan setup on the day.
