Ladies

Senior Ladies:

The Corduff Senior Ladies made the trip to Threemilehouse last Friday to play Sean McDermott’s in the preliminary round of the Junior Championship.

From the throw-in Corduff looked sharp and focused by totally dominating both play and the scoreboard. By halftime Corduff had a comfortable lead and although Sean’s performed better in the second half it was too little, too late! Corduff can take many positives from the game in which the full panel was used marking the squad’s first championship win since the glory days of 2009. Congratulations to everyone involved.

BBQ:

Corduff Ladies steak barbeque which promised to be the sizzler of the summer is only a week away so if you haven’t got your ticket yet there is still time but tickets are selling fast. Good food, good music and good craic are guaranteed on the night with music for the event by the very popular Temptations.

As this is a fundraiser for the Ladies Club all monies raised go directly to the development of the club benefitting the youngest member to the most senior.

As always we extend our thanks to the community and beyond for your continued support and we look forward to giving you a warm welcome plus a big steak at our barbeque!
