We travelled to Rockcorry last Saturday knowing we faced a very strong opposition. The first half tried to keep them at bay with some fantastic defending by Liam Hamill, James hughes and Jake lambe once again giving the “bigger boys” a hard time the whole game! At half time we trailed by 5 points with it all to play for in the 2nd half.

Shortly after the restart it was the home side that took a grip of the game and found the back of the net twice in 5 minutes which really killed any come back from our lads. Despite this we still had some great scores in the 2nd half both from Conal Duffy with 3 fantastic points along with James Hughes whom showed his versatility when moved from backs into forwards and scored 2 brilliant points.
