Latton GAA Club Club Notes – Week Beginning 13th March 2017

Zumba Classes

Classes continue each Monday at 7.30 with Tara.

St Patricks Centenary Celebrations

Last Sunday was a day that will live Long in the memory of associated with Latton O’Rahilly football Club. We were absolutely delighted with the way our community came together to support the parade. From start to finish we had great Crowds and what fun was had by all . A full report will be in a separate area of paper.

Next on our Schedule

Friday 31st March the Club will host a lecture with Theme-The O’Rahilly –The World,Ireland and Bawn Latton in 1917.Mr Gary Carville will be guest Speaker on the Night.

Centenary Museum

We are currently working on our Museum at the minute –This will be permanent fixture showing Club over last 100 years. In this regard if anyone has any old Photos they would like included they can they make contact with Kathleen Lynch who will organise Scanning & Return of same.

New 100 Year Commemoration Jersey

Orders will be take Tonight in GAA Centre on Thursday 16th March from 7pm – 8pm. The Cost is €30 which must be paid at time of order. Can anyone interested please come along as I need to get orders away as soon as possible.

Reserves

Our Reserves were narrowly defeated in our away game last Sunday Morning however a good performance for 1st game out of the year.

U12’s

Our U12’s have first game of Season away to Aughnamullen on Saturday 18th March at 2pm.

Committee Meeting

Executive Meeting takes place tonight Thursday 16th March 2017.
