Arch Club: We were delighted to host Monaghan Arch Club in our clubhouse for the eighth year in a row last Thursday night. As ever, this was a very enjoyable night, with music provided by Patrick McDonald and band with the Arch Club choir. Jimmy Croarkin welcomed everyone along, while our highlight of the night once again was Hugh Coyle giving his speech on behalf of his two favourite clubs, signing off with three cheers for the Harps! Thanks to everyone involved with the Arch Club for joining us on the night and to our many club members who helped out in any way or who brought food along. See the Monaghan Arch Club Facebook page and The Northern Standard for photos. We look forward to hosting the Arch Club again in 2018.

Membership: Registration fees of €20 for 2017 can now be paid to club registrar Kevin Treanor or in the clubhouse. Members can now avail of the GAA’s new ‘GRMA’ scheme, with access to exclusive discounts and special offers. See gaa.ie for more details.

Keep an eye on club notes for more details on these events.
