Club Lotto:

There was no winner of our Club Lotto draw held last Sunday night in John Joe’s Cunningham’s, Carrickmacross. The numbers drawn were; 02, 16, 25, 26. Our five Lucky Dip winners were: Declan Farrelly, Amy Hanratty, Michael Duffy, Eamon Troy, and Mark Gilsenan, each winning €20.

This Sunday night, our draw will be held in MC’s Bar, Shercock and the jackpot will be €8,200. Good luck to all. Keep an eye on our Social Media channels to view results from the draw.

Reserve Team:

The Reserve Team have been affiliated to Division 3 for the coming season along with teams from Oram, Killeevan, Inniskeen, Truagh and Clontibret. This league will be a played on a Home & Away basis with 10 games to be played. The team who finishes top at the end of the league will play in the final against the winner from a semi-final between second-placed and third-placed teams.

Minor Team:

The Minor Team will amalgamate with neighbours Donaghmoyne for the 2017 season and will play under the banner, “Donaghduff Gaels”. The team will be managed by our own Pat McEnaney and Paddy Martin of Donaghmoyne.

Inter-County Teams:

Monaghan’s footballers continued their Allianz National Football League campaign on Sunday last with a hard-fought 0-07 0-07 draw with our near neighbours Cavan. Monaghan travel to Killarney in Kerry on Sunday 26th for Round 3 against the hosts.

Monaghan’s hurlers began their Division 3A campaign on Sunday with a 3-15 to 1-11 win away to Tyrone. They face Donegal in Round 2 this Sunday in Castleblayney with throw-in at 2:00pm.

Committee Meeting:

Our next Committee Meeting will take place on Monday 6th March 2017 in the Heritage Room of the Corduff/Raferagh Community Centre at 8:00pm.

Handball

GAA League:

The GAA League side had a Bye last week, but played Carrick “B” last night in the GAA League. Next Wednesday, the team are away to Carrick “A” for a 7:30pm start.

Corduff Singles League:

We are into the last 2 weeks of our Spring League. There will be a week to any unplayed games. Please ensure all results are texted to Aidan on (087) 997 2389.

Juvenile Training: This Friday is the second last training for our Juveniles. Training starts at 7:00pm in the Alley.
