The Winning continues…

Well done once again to Monaghan on their continued winning formula in the Dr Mc Kenna cup with a 2nd victory in the competition over Antrim on Sunday. It was great to see our very own clubman Niall Mc Keown getting a run out and while his game may not have ended the way he would have liked, he certainly acquitted himself very well to the inter-county scene and we hope himself along with Fergal Mc Geough will be part of the managements plans for the reminder of the year. The 3rd game of the group phase was due to be played last night (Wednesday), obviously we had no result going to print, but one would imagine a enough work had been done in the opening 2 games to ensure a semi final run out in the competition..

Any student that can provide a valid student card the membership fee is €10.

Committee positions..

We still have one or two positions to be confirmed on our committee for 2017, so if you feel like you would like to get involved with the committee for the coming year, just let us know.

It is great to see quite a number of new committee members stepping up and mixing that with the experience already there and that should make for an enjoyable and productive 2017. The more people who get involved the better for our club #Comeonrock
