Intermediate Championship Draw:
The Draw for the 2017 Intermediate Football Championship was made last Monday night and pitted us against Emyvale in the First Round.
Annual General Meeting:
The first business of the new season is the AGM which will be held tonight Thursday 19th January at 8:00pm in The Heritage Room. The A.G.M. is the most important meeting of the year as we review the 2016 season and put structures in place for the 2017 season. The GAA is a voluntary organisation and we depend on people to become actively involved for the future of the club going into the new season. New people especially parents are more than welcome to come along to the meeting and get involved. A large attendance at this important meeting is desirable and we are asking parents and players to make a special effort to attend.
National Club Draw:
Tickets can be returned to any member of the Handball Committee this week or on Friday evening at the Juvenile Training. For more details contact Aidan on (087) 997 2389.
Corduff Spring League:
The Corduff Spring League is into its second week now with 56 players from the Carrick, Bawn & Corduff clubs taking part in the league over the next 9 weeks. Please keep an eye on the FASTCourts app for booking the alley and text all results to Aidan on (087) 997 2389.
Congratulations to Ben Woods, Gareth King, Gerry Mee and James Gavaghan who all had wins last week in the County Championship.
