Juveniles County Championships. We had 11 boys taking part in the county championships at the weekend in St.Mellans, Tydavnet and the Harps, the U13’s were in Monaghan, we were presented by Noah Mc Meel, Aaron Cassidy & Gary Treanor, all were knock out in the first round, the U14’s had home advantage, here we had Oran Maguire, David Mc Kenna, Mark Cassidy and Padraig Treanor, Padraig was the only one to make the second round game but lost to the eventual finalist, the U15 & U16’s were in Tydavnet, the U15’s were Ronan Boyle, Ryan Harnet and Daryl Daly, and the only U16 was Karl Mc Meel, Karl was beaten in his first round game of the U16’s as too was Ryan Harnet in the U15’s, due to some mix up in the U15 section Daryl did not play at the venue and we must apologise for this mistake, but on a more positive note Ronan has made the U15 final, well done Ronan, time and venue of finals TBC.
