LOTTO  RESULTS: Lotto  Results for Sunday last. Numbers drawn were: 03,06, 07 & 18. CONGRATULATIONS: Congratulations to Michéal Bannigan on being picked to play with the County Senior team. This is a great achievement for a such young player. Best of Luck in the coming year ahead.

FITNESS: Reminder Walk/Jog/Run continues every Saturday morning at 9am. New faces always welcome. All Juvenile, Current and past players, Boys & Girls, Ladies & Gents all welcome. This weekly group event is a great way of improving your own fitness levels in a non competitive friendly environment.

OWEN  BANNIGAN  MEMORIAL  POOL  COMPETITION: The Annual Owen Bannigan memorial pool competition starts at the end of November. Last Chance to get your name in as All names must be in by this Saturday the 26th of November 2016. Contact Martin on 086336372.
LARAGH  HERITAGE  BAZAAR: Laragh Heritage are holding a Bazaar on Saturday the 3rd of December in Aughnamullen Centre. Please Support.
 
POKER  CLASSIC TEXAS  HOLD’EM:  Our Annual Texas Hold’em poker classic will take place in December 4th 2016.In Aughnamullen Social Centre. Admission €50 Early Bird registration before 5:30pm. Tickets on Sale.
MEGA  TRUCK  SHOW: 

Keep free Sunday 11th December  and come along to Glencarn hotel and enjoy a family fun day with a model toy show, vintage display and also a mega truck show. And a Festival of Lights with all trucks doing a circuit of the area as a grand finale.
Also any of you modern day tractor enthusiasts  get shining your tractor and bring along on the day also.
Bring all kids to meet Santa who is arriving  at the show at 2 o clock on horse and sleigh.

Busy weekend in the Social Centre last weekend: 
Friday night

JUVENILES:  After what was a very successful season the curtain came down with a big boom boom boom disco in the center last Friday evening and as per all training/matches all year it was a full turn out by all our great boys & girls which is great testament to all the parents we have in this parish, give yourselves a big clap on the back. Thank you to the parents who helped out with the supervision & on juice & treat duty. Thanks to those who help to sweep the floor & cleaned up afterwards. Its very much appreciated. All the coaches would like to thank Francis & Concepta Daly, Benny & Catriona Cassidy, Andrew & Lorraine Mcnally, Mickey & Hilary Murtagh, Francis & Sandra Mc Entee, Mickey & Teresa Connolly, Gerard & Emer Mc Geough, Martin & Patrica Mc Mahon, Matty & Edel Gilliland, Damien & Linda Connolly for donating so generously towards all expenses on the night all money’s over will go towards new gear for next year. All coaches would like to thank all the children for making their job so enjoyable & for turning out in such great numbers no matter what the weather conditions. The Club would like to thank also all the coaches who give up their time every week throughout the year to give these juveniles the time they need and deserve. See ye all again in the spring….
 
Saturday night there was a presentation night for Ballybay Cancer Society, Border County Grass Men, Aughnamullen Vintage Club presented Bally Cancer with a cheque for €3,200 and The Border County Grass Men received a €500 cheque, and as a appreciation for always there to make the Vintage a special day Aughnamullen Pipe Band received a cheque for €500 also. Pat Duffy, Laragh had a cheque for €1,100 to present to Ballybay Cancer from his Birthday celebrations. A great night was had to all. A big thank you to all who attended also to Ollie in the kitchen who provided food on the night.
Sunday  there was County Darts & The Doubles Pool Final.
Results:
COUNTY  DARTS  MASTERS: Congratulations to Mickey Mulligan who won the County Darrts Masters Shield on Sunday last & also to Shane Mc Guirk who was runner up in the Cup. Well done Boys and to all who took part.
DOUBLES  POOL  FINAL: Congratulations to Paul Kelly & Niall Finnegan who beat Martin Mc Mahon & Seamie Bell by 7/5 on Sunday last.
 
WEDDING  BELLS: Congratulations to Nadia Markey, Creeve & James Gallagher who got married recently. Wishing them a long life of happiness.
