Happy Birthday: To Noel McCarville who celebrated his 70th in the clubhouse last Saturday night. In true Noel style, it was a case of ceol agus craic with performances from Voice of Ireland Winner, Michael Lawson, as well as songs and poems from a number of others, many of whom where past acts in Scor who Noel would have mentored. Of course, there would have to be room for the novelty act and by all accounts Frank Evans and Patrick McArdle left the crowd in stitches. Noel is always ready and willing to help out when it comes to club activities and on behalf of everybody, we wish him a very happy birthday.
