Doohamlet GFC Notes

Seniors: Doohamlet play their final game in Senior League this weekend with a home fixture against Truagh. We wish to thank all the players, management and backroom staff for all their efforts all season.

Juveniles Teams: Attention Coaches, Parents and anyone interested in helping out with any of our Juvenile teams. It is now a legal requirement that everyone coaching children must have a basic coaching qualification as a minimum, be Garda vetted and have completed a 3 hour child protection course ( sometimes part of the Foundation Coaching course). If someone does not have a coaching qualification they can act as a parent helper but to do so they must be Garda vetted and have completed a child protection course. Anyone interested in helping out or coaching please contact Youth Officer (Jim Kelly) or Coaching Officer (Benny Coleman).

There will be a meeting in the Clubrooms on Thursday 20th October @ 7pm to organise mentors for all our Juvenile teams for 2017. Anyone who would like to help in any way please come along. Contact Jim or Benny for further information.

Breakfast Morning & Juvenile Medal Presentation: This event will be held in the Golden Jubilee Hall on Sunday 30th October from 10.30 to 12.30. Juvenile presentations will take place at 12 noon and there will be a raffle on the day.
