We play Corduff on Sunday 8th October in Scotshouse at 12.30 in what will be our last home game of the season, with our final game scheduled away to Rockcorry on October 23rd.

Youth Affairs

The playing season is effectively finished now. Players are playing with their schools at the moment. Thanks to all parents and players for their commitment shown over the year at all age levels. There may be a challenge

game arranged at under 8 and under 6 in the coming week or two. If so, text messages will be sent.

Committee affairs,

Following the success of the 1916 commemoration event earlier in the year football equipment was presented to our three local schools, St Enda’s, Scotshouse, St Comghall’s, Connons and Drum National School. Well done to Marie North and her committee.

Quiz,

Please keep free Saturday 16th October for the annual Quiz organised by the Connolly sisters and their brother Patrick. This is always a very enjoyable event and we urge all our members to show their support.

Recent bereavement,

Currin G.F.C. would like to extend our sympathy to Brian Armitage, Lisnaskea, on the recent death of his brother Barry Armitage R.I.P. in Bangor, Co Down.
