The August Ciste draw took place on Saturday night in the social club. The winners were as follows; €1000 – Frank Treanor, Dundian; €100 winners – Margaret Sherry, Cornagilta; Liz Treanor, Clonkeady; Bernadette Hegarty; Gerry McMahon C/O Greenfield; Carol Keys, Ballinode. Seller’s prize winners were Seamus McCarvill and Sean Morgan. Thank you to everyone who supported.

The senior’s play Ballybay this Sunday September 11^th in the semi final of the championship. Throw in is at 4.45pm in Clones.

Co.Monaghan Credit Unions SFL

The senior’s were defeated by Castleblayney 1-14 to 1-9 on Friday evening. Their next league game is fixed for Sunday September 17^th at home to Monaghan Harps at 3.30pm.

Eurotech JFL

The next junior game is on Sunday October 2^nd at home to Drumhowan.

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Division 1

The U16’s lost to Castleblayney 6-9 to 1-7 in their final league game of the year.

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 2

The U14 senior team lost out to Carrickamcross in the final of the league on Friday evening 3-13 to 2-7.

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U12 Leagues

Well done to all our U12 teams who participated in the finals on Saturday. Our Division 6 team were victorious over Clontibret whilst the Division 1 team lost to Clontibret in the shield final and Division 5 team lost to Carrickmacross in their cup final.

Girls U14

Hard luck to our U14 girls who lost to Eire Og in the Division 2 championship final on Monday evening.
