Intermediate Team:

The Intermediate Team are in Championship Action this Saturday evening when the road takes us to Drumhowan to face Emyvale in Round 2B of the McElvaney Waste & Recycling Intermediate Football Championship. Throw-In is at 5:30pm. Best of luck to all.

Junior Team:

The Junior side welcomed Drumhowan to Corduff last Sunday in the League, but lost out on a scoreline of 1-14 to 1-05.

Minor Team:

Congratulations to the Minor team who became the first Under-18 side to win a Division 1 title in Corduff when they won the Minor Football League Division 1 Final on Tuesday evening beating Magheracloone in Aughnamullen on a score-line of 2-13 to 0-12. Congratulations to all involved.

The Championship Final against Aughnamullen will be played on Sunday 2^nd October.

Competition Time:

Corduff Gaels are offering the chance for you to win a 2 NIGHT STAY in a Dublin City Hotel & 2 TICKETS to the ALL-IRELAND FOOTBALL FINAL between Dublin & Mayo on Sunday 18th September in Croke Park.

Entry into the draw is limited to 100 entrants with tickets at €50 each.

LADIES

All-Ireland Semi-Final:

Once again it’s back to the senior inter-county scene with Monaghan Senior Ladies playing Cork on Saturday in the All-Ireland semi-final. Corduff Ladies Club would like to wish joint captain Laura McEnaney ,Eva Woods and the Monaghan team and management the very best of good luck in this encounter on Saturday. Throw-in is at 5pm in The Gaelic Grounds Limerick! We know it’s quite a distance but all support would be appreciated!

Hurling Final:

Also good luck to twins Emma and Louise Byrne who are once again part of the Kilkenny Hurling Team’s backroom team. The twins work on match stats and will be looking forward to another historic victory with Kilkenny!
