LOTTO

Magheracloone Mitchells now have U12, U14, U16 and Minors in their respective finals. This reflects well on all the hard work being put in by the players and coaches at juvenile level. Well done to all involved.

CLUB RESULTS

SENIORS

Our senior team had a big win over Latton in the quarter final of the Div1 championship on Sunday last. Magheracloone started strong with no less the seven players getting their names on the score sheet. It was a hard fought game from start to finish. Magheracloone dug deep and were able to fend off a late second half attack from Latton which led to a very exciting finish Magheracloone 0-18 Latton 1-13. Well done lads!!! MINOR.

In what seemed like a replay of the Championship Semi Final Magheracloone took on Corduff at home in RD 3 of the League. Again it was Corduff who edged the Mitchells out by a goal. These two teams will meet again in the League Final on August 30th in Aughnamullen. Good luck lads!! Final Score Magheracloone 3-9 to Corduff 4-9. U16

Magheracloone took on Castleblayney in the RR3 of the league unfortunately it was Blayney who came out on top. Final Score: Magheracloone 3-14 Castleblayney 7-8. U12

Well done to our U12 team who beat Clones in the semi final of the Div2 League on Saturday last. It was the third meeting of these two teams with Clones getting the upper hand in the previous two, but when it counted most, Magheracloone dug deep and showed what they were made of. They now play Truagh on September 3rd in the final. Good luck lads!! Please support. Final Score Magheracloone 4-05 Clones 1-5.
