LOTTO
There was no winner in this weeks lotto. The numbers drawn were 03, 16, 21 and 25. The lucky dip winners are Donal Reenan (Shercock), Colin Martin (Carrickmacross), Niamh McCormack (Carrickmacross) and Paul Whelan (The Barrack). The jackpot next week will be €8,500. CLUB RESULTS
RESERVES
Magheracloone bowed out of the O ‘Duffy Cup on Saturday evening after a disappointing loss to Latton. Magheracloone started off strong and registered 4 points before Latton scored their first point. After a series of frees Latton drew for the first time. Magheracloone finished off the first half 1 point ahead. Magheracloone 0-7 Latton 0-6. Latton went ahead early in the second half and stayed ahead for the rest of the game. Latton finished the stronger out scoring Magheracloone 1-6 to 0-1.  Final score Magheracloone 0-8 Latton 1-12. Wishing Daniel Babington a speedy recovery after an injury he picked up during the game.
MINORS
The minors were away to Scotstown on Tuesday last in what was a tough hard hitting game. Scotstown opened the score with a goal but Magheracloone were quick to follow with 3 of their own. Magheracloone out scored Scotstown in the first half with great support play from the team resulting in some fine points. Half time Magheracloone 3-7 to Scotstown 1-3. Magheracloone never lost their lead and scored a further 6 points in the second half. Well done to all involved. Magheracloone have now finished in the top 4 on the table along with Aughnamullen, Corduff and Truagh. The top 4 teams now play on a league basis with the top 2 teams playing in the final. This was the last game until after the Leaving Cert, best of luck to Jack Kirk, Daniel Babington, Peter Finnegan, Paudie McMahon, Killian McNally, Luke McKenna and Damien Rudden who are sitting their exams. U16’S
Our U16’S ended their losing streak on Thursday with a win against Inniskeen at home. After a poor start from magheracloone they finelly got to grips with Inniskeen mid way through the first half, when they blitzed Inniskeen with 4 goals making for a very tight second half. Magheracloone came out a revived team in the second half and finished the stronger side on a scoreline of Magheracloone 5-13 to Inniskeen 2-16. U14’S
Magheracloone played Carrickmacross in round 5 of the league but were beaten on a scoreline of Magheracloone 0-10 Carrickmacross 5-12.
CÚL CAMP
The closing date is fast approaching for online registration for the summer Cúl Camp. To ensure your child receives his/her kit on the last day of the camp, please register before May 31st.
SYMPATHY.
The club was deeply saddened to hear of the sudden and untimely passing of Micheal Martin, Camaghy. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to the Magheracloone Senior Ladies who won the Spring League Final in Carrickmacross on Sunday evening. Magheracloone played Aughnamullen in a very fast paced, exciting game. The ladies remain unbeaten this year, winning on a scoreline of 4-08 to 2-10.
