We had a bruising encounter with a nail biting finish against the visiting Aughnamullen team on Saturday evening last and we finished on the winning side by the minimum. Next game is away to table toppers Donaghmoyne on Wednesday next.

 We were slow to start in this league in Cill Eanna but  Ed Walsh scored 7points and Dean Connolly added 3 points and goals from Conor O Callaghan and Conor Mathers. Ronan Grimes, Danny Leegan and Tommy O Callaghan all chipped in with points each and made sure we  got a share of the spoils.

  Under 16’s: Our U16 team suffered a heavy defeat on Thursday last away to a strong Latton team. There were a number of key players missing due to injury and we wish them all a speedy recovery. From the start,  the opposition  took the upper hand and this was a pattern that continued throughout the match. The lads kept working hard until the final whistle and showed good fighting spirit . Their next match is a home encounter with near neighbours Donaghmoyne in Killanny on Thursday 5^th May
