Juveniles

The Mc Elroy/Connolly Memorial Tournament took place on Monday 28th March in Tully. Baked in glorious sunshine 8 teams Emyvale, Truagh, Scotstown A, Clontibret, St Kevins Philipstown, Monaghan Harps, Scotstown B & Enniskillen Gaels competed for the Mc Elroy & Connolly Cups. Emyvale and Clontibret played off for the final of the Connolly Memorial Cup with Emyvale winning on a score line of 3-06 to 0-03. While McElroy Cup the final was contested by last year’s winners Enniskillen Gaels and Scotstown A with Scotstown coming away with the victory on a score line of 2-03 to 1-03. A big thank you to all the teams & mentors who took part in the tournament, to the referees Sean Mc Elroy, Gerry Mc Carron & John Finn who officiated on the day, everyone who helped out providing & serving the food, G & G Centra for cooking the sausages, everyone involved in setting up & the clean up afterwards, both The Mc Elroy & Connolly families for helping out and organizing the fields, and our secretary Aine for doing a fantastic job yet again.

Training for U-10’s, U-8’s & Nursery will now take place on Friday evenings in Tully @ 7-8pm starting this Friday 1st April. Please note all players must wear a mouth guard. Contact Martin O’Brien on 0876721981 for further information.

U-12 Spring League second round of matches this weekend at home against Scotstown at 2pm & 3:15pm in Tully. Training will be held on Monday and Wednesday evening between 7-8pm in Tully.

U-14 Division 1 had a good win away to Inniskeen last weekend. Training will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 7-8pm in Tully.

U-14 Division 5 played at home against Scotstown on Wednesday evening, no result available when going to print. Training will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 7-8pm in Tully.

U-16’s play their first match tonight Thursday 31st March away against Sean McDermotts @ 6:30pm. Training will be held on Monday and Wednesday evening between 8-9pm in Tully.
