U-6/U-8 & U-10 hurling training Wednesday  n Concra pitch from 6-30pm to 7-30. New members welcome. Helmet & Hurls provided

Ulster league
Castleblayney Hurling Club 0-17 to Sean Treacy 2-10. This was a good hard game with both teams giving no quarter.
Best for Blayney were Fergal Rafter with 10 points. James Lavelle did very well in goals. Points also from Stephen Forde. Brian McGuigan Nathan Adair and  Aaron Kenny sealed the game for Blayney by a single score.
We play Naomh Colum Cill this Sunday in Concra at 4pm.

GPA PLAYERS GRANT  

Seven senior players from the Castleblayney hurling club who are members of the Monaghan county hurling panel received grants from the GAA GPA players association towards there third level education . This is the third year for some of these players to receive this grant
