inniskeen Notes

March 26th, 2016

Results: Monaghan Electrical IFL: A good start is half the battle and this certainly was the case when our first team got quickly out of the blocks with a 2.13 to 0.08 win over Emyvale at a sun drenched Páirc Grattan last Sunday. The lads got off to a great start with two brilliantly worked and executed early goals with Emyvale fighting a losing battle from then on but fair play to them they never threw in the towel whittling a nine-point margin down to four points but that was as good as it got and we eventually ran out as eight point winners. Next up is Aughnamullen in three weeks’ time
