Club Membership:

The time has come to renew your Club Membership for the year ahead, or to become a member for the very first time. The cost of becomming a full member of Donaghmoyne GFC is just €20 a person, and €50 for a family. To pay your membership please call to the clubrooms any Monday evening between 9 and 10 pm, or just contact any committee member. Have your say and be a part of what promises to be another great year for our club.

Fixtures:

The majority of fixtures for the coming season for all age groups are available on the Monaghan GAA Website.

Reserves:

The first fixture of the Adult season takes place this Sunday afternoon when our Reserve side kick off their league campaign in Division 1B at home to Emyvale. Throw in is at 2 o clock in Donaghmoyne on Sunday. Come out on Sunday and get behind the Reserves in what they hope will be a good start to a good season for adult football in Donaghmoyne.

U14s:

Our U14s kick off their Division One League campaign this Saturday afternoon at home to Inniskeen. Throw in for that one is at 2 o clock in Pairc Fontenoy on Saturday afternoon. Come down on Saturday to get behind the team as they look to start the season well.

Recently Deceased:

The club would like to extend it’s sympathies to families and friends of Eugene Mc Eneaney, Corravoo, who has passed away recently and also to Mary Martin and all the family and friends of Patsy Halpenny, Pepperstown, who has also passed away recently.

Congratulations:

Well done to the Patrician High School in Carrickmacross on reaching this years Junior All Ireland School Final after a good win last Saturday. Special mention to our very own Oran Martin who was part of the High School team on the day. Well done once again.

Best Wishes:

We’d like to wish David Garland, Stephen Finnegan, Ronan Mc Donald and all the Patrician High School Senior team the very best of luck in the Mac Larnon Cup Final in Armagh on St. Patricks Day against Cookstown.

Coaching Courses:

Ladies

Training:

Ladies training is up and running for the 2016 season. It takes place in the pitch on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 7pm. New players always welcome.

Congratulations:

The club would like to congratulate Rosemarie Courtney who has named Monaghan Ladies County Minor captain for the 2016 season. Congratulations to Rosemarie on this fantastic achievement.

Dinner Dance:

Our annual Dinner Dance takes place in the Glencarn Hotel on Saturday the 26th of March at 8pm. This promises to be a night filled with fun and dancing as we celebrate the achievemnts of

2015. Tickets available from committee members.

AGM:

Our AGM takes place this Friday night the 11th of March at 9 pm in the clubrooms. All new and existing members welcome.
