Over the past month, Monaghan Coaching & Games have ran a number of Foundation and Level One Coaching Awards.

To date, four Foundation Courses in Football and Hurling have taken place, with one Level One Youth/ Adult Football Course. It total 81 coaches have completed the Foundation Award in either football or hurling, while 20 coaches have completed the Level One Award.

Over the next couple of weeks there is also another 2 Foundation Courses taking place in Ballybay and Truagh, while a mid-week Foundation Course is in the pipeline for early April.

On top of that, Transition Year students in Largy College Clones & Our Lady’s Secondary School Castleblayney are currently completing an online Foundation Course within the school. Hopefully we will be running a number of other Online Foundation Courses with other Post Primary Schools after the Easter Holidays.
