Cumann Na Bunscoil. 3 of the National schools in the area took part in the Cumann Na Bunscoil competition last Wednesday the 27th in Tydavnet, by all accounts it was a busy and enjoyable experience for the young players taking part, the only winner was Eythna Boyle who won the U13 singles representing Clara NS, from Carrickore NS there were lots of finalists but no winners Peter Treanor made the U11 singles final, Cameron Mc Meel & John Treanor made the U11 doubles final, Sara Mc Kenna the U13 girls final and Padraig Treanor the U13 boys singles final, well done to all,  in the U11 girls, Aoibhinn Mc Cluskey in the singles and Fiona & Molly Flood in the doubles will be going to represent the county in this section as there was no opposition at this grade, the Ulster finals are in Belfast the 11th of February, so good luck to all the county winners from all schools, a big thanks must go to Martin Mc Entee & Michael Mc Carron who yet again gave their time to help run off the programme of games.
Mono League. The Mono League is up running from Tuesday past, please keep all games played to the date if at all possible, it is a short league so please fulfill all fixtures, only 1 alley if available for the next couple of weeks.
