Last week, Monaghan Coaching & Games under the guidance of our Games Promotion Officer Colin Malone organised an Indoor Football FunFives blitz for 1st Class boys. The blitz took place over two days with the first blitz taking place in the Phoenix Centre & the second day taking place in the sports complex at Scotstown GAA club. In total 23 schools took part over the two days with just under 400 children taking part. All the children got at least 40 minutes of football over the course of the blitz.
A big thank you to all the schools and their teachers for attending the blitz and making it a great success. Finally, thanks to the referees from the Monaghan Institute and Patrician High School for officiating on the day.
