Grattans Óige: The Juvenile Committee held our registration night last Thursday evening in the Pairc Grattan Complex in the presence of the Sam Maguire Cup. This proved a huge success and with over 100 juveniles registering on the night the future of the club certainly looks bright. Thanks to Tom and Pauline Downey for organising this. Some of our juvenile teams are out training already with more to follow in the coming weeks. Our U14s are placed in Division 1 this year along with only 4 other teams, while the U16s also compete at Division 1. The U12s will compete as usual for their division in the Spring League. Its great to see our young Grattans compete at the highest level within the county and we hope that you will come out and support them during the year especially at their home matches. The Club were also recognised at the County Awards Night recently as the best Juvenile Club in the County Many thanks to all the managers and those on the Juvenile Committee as well as the backing of our Senior Committee for their work involved in bringing this award to the Club
