Corduff Notes
Championship:
It may only be January but the draw for The Intermediate Championship took place on Monday night. There’s nothing like the prospect of a local derby to get you thinking of long summer days counting down to the championship and this year’s draw has thrown up an interesting preliminary round for Corduff Gaels against Donaghmoyne! The countdown has begun!
AGM Season:
Corduff Gaels AGM takes place on Tuesday 2nd February @ 7:30pm in The Heritage Room. This is the time when we review 2015 and look forward to what the 2016 season will bring. We urge all members, players etc to attend.
Corduff Ladies AGM which was scheduled to take place last Friday was postponed due to the inclement weather conditions. It will now take place on Friday 29th January @ 8:30pm in The Heritage Room. Once again we are calling on all members & players to attend. New faces always welcome! Light refreshments will be served.
All-Star Award:
Congratulations to Eva Woods who picked up her Post Primary School All Star Award last Friday night in Kelly’s Inn. This was a great achieve and well deserved as a just reward for Eva’s efforts not only on The Louis School team but also with club and county. You did us all proud and may it be the first of many for you Eva!
