Monaghan Harps Lotto: Numbers 1, 10, 21 and 23. Jackpot of €3,100 not won. Jackpot for Sunday, December 20 is €3,200 and Ann and Kevin Treanor are on duty. Lotto draw takes place in our refurbished clubhouse every Sunday night. All welcome.

 

Lotto AGM: The Lotto committee’s AGM takes place in the clubhouse this Sunday, December 20, at 9pm. All welcome to round off another successful year for the Harps Lotto.

 

Charity match: Our annual charity match takes place at Gavan Duffy Park on New Year’s Day at 3pm. Funds raised from this always enjoyable day will go to a local charity/charities to be named at a later date. Sponsorship cards are available now from the clubhouse, Terry’s Bar and club members.

 

Calendar: Our 2016 calendar, featuring excellent photos of club teams from throughout this year is on sale now from McConnon’s shop, the Cosy Bar and the Harps clubhouse for just €5.

 

Gear: We have a range of club merchandise on sale that would make ideal Christmas presents, including a limited number of the popular Harps bobble hats. Contact Una Forde (087 6107329) or Damien Morgan (086 8614730) for more details.

 

Club history: A group of members are currently working on finishing a club history. Anyone who wishes to submit material is asked to contact Fergus Coyle, Enda Galligan, Joe McElvaney or Colm Shalvey. Club photos of historical value are particularly welcome and they can be emailed to Pro.monaghanharps.monaghan@gaa.ie.

Yearbook: The Monaghan GAA Yearbook is available this week at a cost of €10 and gives a full review of 2015 for club and county.

 

Gavan Duffy Park: The refurbished Monaghan Harps clubhouse is available to book for functions. Contact Jimmy Croarkin on 087 1249635 or Pádraig Callan on 087 2139188 for more information. Anyone looking to book the clubhouse for meetings, functions, etc. is asked to please give a week’s notice for convenience.
