The dream continues! We are through to the Ulster Club Final for the first time since 1989. In a wet Brewster Park on Sunday afternoon we overcame a titanic tussle with Tyrone champions Trillick on a score line of 2-9 to 2-7. We now face Crossmaglen in the decider on Sunday November 22nd. Truagh provide the opposition in the final of this years league. Date and venue is TBC.
Coaches Needed

Ulster GAA Writers Awards
Our club picked up the Cultural award at the Ulster GAA Writers Awards on Friday evening in Bundroan. It was accepted by Mackie and Pauline Rooney on the exceptional work been done for the Irish luangage and Scór within the club. Well done to all.
Scór na nÓg
Well done to Caitriona Sherlock who won the Amhránaíocht Aonair at the Scór na nÓg on Saturday evening in the Seán Mac Diarmada Complex in Threemilehouse. She now progresses to the Ulster Semi Final in Killeavy Co. Armagh on Saturday next November 21st at 7pm where she will be competing against the winners from counties Cavan, Donegal, Antrim and Armagh.
Foundation Coaching Course
Monaghan GAA are holding a Foundation Football course on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th of November. The Friday evening will run from 7-10pm and the Saturday will be 9.30am to 4.30pm. This is an excellent opportunity to start off your coaching career. If you are interested in attending please contact coaching officer David on 087-6202242.
Christmas Fayre
Scostown GAA will hold their annual Christmas Fayre on December 6th in the Sports Complex. If anyone is interested in having a stall please email pro.scotstown.monaghan@gmail.com.
Child Protection
The club will be running Child Protection training courses for club members in the Complex on Monday 7th and on Thursday 10th December from 7-10pm. Anyone involved in coaching teams or in any club role dealing with children under the age of eighteen must have up to date training (taken within the last three years).
