Best of luck: Best of luck to Ryan Wylie at this weekend GPA All Star Awards where he will find out his faith in the Young Player of the Year Award. Ryan was nominated for the award following his fantastic year in the Monaghan full back line often dispossessing his direct opponent and quickly turning defence into attack in any area of the field. This nomination follows his young player of the year within the county for the 2013 season and we’re sure that it won’t be his last personal award or nomination. It comes as a result of the hard work and dedication he has put in throughout his playing career so far. Everyone at the Ballybay Pearse Brothers club would like to congratulate Ryan and wish him continued success in, what we hope is, a long & distinguished career both at club and county level.

Sympathy Ballybay Pearse Brothers would like to extend deepest sympathy to the family & friends of the late Anthony McCarville Ballybay, brother of the clubs current chairperson Anne who was laid to rest on Saturday last. We extend our deepest sympathy to his son McCarville family, may he rest in peace.
